These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NOVA EV SERVICE website, online forms, booking features, and related digital content collectively referred to as the “Website.”
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Website.
These Terms govern use of the Website only. Vehicle diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, programming, calibration, and repairs are governed by our separate EV Service Terms & Conditions, the applicable repair order, estimate, invoice, and subsequent authorizations.

General Information Only
Website content is provided for general information about NOVA and our services.
Nothing on the Website constitutes:
A vehicle diagnosis or safety inspection
A formal repair estimate
A professional engineering opinion
Manufacturer or dealership advice
A warranty determination
Confirmation that a vehicle is safe to drive, charge, tow, or store
Confirmation that a particular service or part is appropriate or available for a specific vehicle
Vehicle faults may be concealed, intermittent, developing, software-dependent, or safety-critical. A physical inspection and appropriate diagnostic testing may be required before NOVA can provide recommendations, pricing, or an estimated completion time.
Emergency and Safety Information
Do not use the Website or an online booking form to request emergency assistance.
If a vehicle shows signs of smoke, fire, overheating, severe battery damage, unusual odour, hissing, leaking, flooding, or another urgent high-voltage condition, stop using or charging the vehicle if it is safe to do so, move away from it, and contact emergency services or an appropriate towing or safety professional.
Website content should not be relied upon when deciding whether a damaged or malfunctioning vehicle is safe to operate, charge, tow, or store.
Appointment Requests
An online booking is a request for a vehicle check-in or drop-off time.
It does not reserve a fixed amount of technician or repair-bay time and does not guarantee:
Acceptance of the vehicle or requested service
Immediate diagnosis or service
Same-day service
A specific completion date
Parts, equipment, staffing, or manufacturer-system availability
A particular price or repair outcome
Unless NOVA expressly confirms otherwise, an appointment is not confirmed until NOVA sends confirmation.
Submitting a booking request does not authorize diagnostic work, repairs, parts orders, disposal of parts, or charges. Those matters require the applicable disclosure and authorization under the EV Service Terms & Conditions and Ontario law.
NOVA may request additional information, offer a different time, place a request on a waitlist, or decline service when the requested work is outside our capabilities, required resources are unavailable, information is incomplete, or the vehicle may present an unreasonable safety risk.
Website Prices and Service Information
Prices, promotions, service descriptions, appointment availability, and estimated timing shown on the Website may change without notice.
A Website price is not a formal repair estimate unless it is clearly identified as one and provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Taxes, diagnostic services, parts, programming, calibration, shop supplies, towing, storage, disposal, and approved third-party services may involve additional charges when properly disclosed and authorized.
If Website information conflicts with a written estimate, repair order, authorization, or invoice for a specific vehicle, the vehicle-specific document will govern to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, vehicle compatibility, technical information, and other content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
NOVA may correct errors, update information, or modify Website content without prior notice.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when submitting a booking or contacting NOVA.
