Accessing or using the website does not transfer any ownership, licence, or intellectual-property right to you.

NOVA EV SERVICE Name and Brand

The name NOVA EV SERVICE, together with associated business names, abbreviations, logos, designs, slogans, taglines, and distinctive brand elements, may be trademarks, trade names, or copyrighted works owned by or licensed to NOVA EV SERVICE.

These elements may not be used without prior written permission in a way that:

• Suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval

• Creates confusion about the source of products or services

• Misrepresents NOVA or its services

• Damages, weakens, imitates, or takes unfair advantage of the NOVA brand

• Appears in another business name, trade name, domain name, social-media account, application, advertisement, product, or service

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

Permission to use one NOVA brand element does not authorize the use of any other logo, trademark, image, mascot, slogan, or copyrighted material.

NOVA Logos

All NOVA EV SERVICE logos, including their wording, symbols, shapes, proportions, layouts, colours, and design variations, are proprietary brand assets owned by or licensed to NOVA EV SERVICE.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, recreate, trace, redraw, or substantially imitate a NOVA logo

• Alter its colours, proportions, typography, spacing, orientation, or design

• Add, remove, crop, animate, or combine logo elements

• Place the logo on merchandise, vehicles, uniforms, signs, packaging, advertisements, websites, or social-media content

• Use the logo as a profile image, app icon, favicon, badge, certification mark, or endorsement

• Place the logo close to another name or design in a way that creates a new combined mark

• Use an outdated, distorted, low-quality, or unofficial version

• Use the logo in a way that suggests NOVA has approved or provided a product or service

Where written permission is granted, the logo must be used exactly as supplied and in accordance with any NOVA brand guidelines.

DUKA™ Mascot and Original Character

DUKA™ is the official mascot and original character of NOVA EV SERVICE.

The DUKA™ name, character identity, appearance, shape, colours, facial features, expressions, poses, clothing, NOVA-branded uniform, accessories, illustrations, animations, stories, personality, and related visual elements are owned by or licensed to NOVA EV SERVICE.

DUKA™ and related artwork are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Without NOVA’s prior written permission, DUKA™ may not be:

• Copied, reproduced, downloaded, traced, or redrawn

• Substantially imitated or used to create a confusingly similar character

• Modified, recoloured, animated, or adapted

• Used to create derivative characters, poses, expressions, stickers, emojis, avatars, or artwork

• Used in advertisements, websites, applications, videos, games, social media, or promotional materials

• Printed or reproduced on clothing, merchandise, toys, packaging, signs, vehicles, or other products

• Used as a logo, mascot, profile image, brand identity, or spokesperson

• Used in connection with another repair shop, EV business, automotive brand, product, or service

• Used in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement by NOVA

• Used to create, train, develop, or promote competing branded character assets or commercial artwork

• Presented as another person’s or organization’s original character

Limited sharing of official NOVA social-media posts featuring DUKA™ is permitted through the original platform’s built-in sharing functions, provided that:

• The post and artwork are not modified

• NOVA’s name and attribution remain visible

• The sharing does not imply endorsement or affiliation

• The content is not used for a separate commercial purpose

No ownership, licence, or other right to DUKA™ is transferred by viewing, sharing, photographing, or interacting with the character.

Slogans and Taglines

NOVA EV SERVICE slogans, taglines, campaign names, and distinctive marketing phrases may be protected as trademarks, trade names, or copyrighted content.

They may not be copied or used in connection with another automotive, electric-vehicle, repair, diagnostic, maintenance, fleet, charging, or related business in a manner likely to cause confusion or suggest a connection with NOVA.

Colours, Typography and Brand Presentation

Individual colours or common typefaces are not necessarily owned exclusively by NOVA. However, NOVA’s distinctive combination and presentation of colours, typography, logos, layouts, character artwork, and other brand elements may be protected as part of its overall branding and creative work.

You may not copy NOVA’s overall visual presentation in a way that creates confusion, falsely suggests affiliation, or substantially imitates the NOVA EV SERVICE brand.

Fonts, stock images, icons, software, and other third-party materials used under licence remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.

Domain Names and Social-Media Accounts

NOVA EV SERVICE domain names, usernames, profile names, and official social-media accounts are part of NOVA’s online brand identity.

You may not register, use, purchase, or control a domain name, username, account name, page, or profile that:

• Contains NOVA EV SERVICE or DUKA™ branding without permission

• Is confusingly similar to NOVA’s name, logo, or mascot

• Impersonates NOVA or its employees

• Suggests an unauthorized affiliation

• Redirects users to another business

• Is intended for fraud, resale, disruption, or brand misuse

Only accounts identified through NOVA’s official website or confirmed directly by NOVA should be treated as official.

Photography and Video at NOVA

Photographs and videos created by or for NOVA may be protected by copyright even when they show customer vehicles, employees, equipment, facilities, or events.

You may not copy, download, edit, reproduce, or commercially use NOVA photographs or videos without permission.

NOVA will not intentionally use identifiable customer information, faces, licence plates, VINs, or other identifiable vehicle information for public marketing without additional permission, unless the information has been effectively anonymized or use is otherwise permitted by law.

Customer and Third-Party Content

Photographs, reviews, testimonials, documents, trademarks, and other materials provided by customers or third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Submitting content to NOVA does not transfer ownership. NOVA will use submitted content only as authorized, reasonably necessary to provide services, or otherwise permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

Customers and other users must not provide content they do not own or have permission to share.

Third-Party Vehicle Brands and Trademarks

Vehicle manufacturer names, vehicle model names, logos, product names, charging standards, software names, and other third-party trademarks displayed or referenced on the website belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party brands are made only for identification, compatibility, informational, or descriptive purposes.

Their appearance does not imply that NOVA EV SERVICE is:

• Sponsored or endorsed by the manufacturer

• Affiliated with the manufacturer

• An authorized dealership or manufacturer representative

• Authorized to perform manufacturer warranty or recall work

• Approved, certified, or licensed by the manufacturer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NOVA EV SERVICE is an independent EV service provider.

No Misleading Affiliation

No person or business may use NOVA EV SERVICE intellectual property in a manner that suggests:

• An employment, franchise, dealership, partnership, or agency relationship

• Manufacturer authorization or certification

• NOVA approval of a product, service, event, business, or individual

• That another repair provider is part of or connected to NOVA

• That another person or business owns or created DUKA™

Written permission to use NOVA material does not create a partnership, agency, franchise, employment, or endorsement relationship.

Linking to the NOVA Website

You may link to a publicly available NOVA webpage provided that the link:

• Is accurate and not misleading

• Does not imply sponsorship, approval, or affiliation

• Does not frame or reproduce the page within another website

• Does not appear on unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content

• Does not use a NOVA logo or DUKA™ artwork without separate written permission

NOVA may request removal of a link that is misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with these requirements.

Requests for Permission

To request permission to use NOVA EV SERVICE content, branding, logos, photographs, DUKA™ artwork, or other intellectual property, please provide:

• Your name and contact information

• The business or organization you represent

Trademark Symbols

NOVA may use the ™ symbol to identify trademarks it claims, whether or not a trademark registration has been completed.

The ® symbol will be used only for trademarks that have been officially registered in the applicable jurisdiction.

The absence of a ™ or ® symbol does not waive any rights NOVA may have in a name, logo, design, slogan, character, or other brand element.

No Implied Licence

Nothing on the website grants any licence or permission to use NOVA EV SERVICE intellectual property by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
